Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of nutritional therapy services by AO. WELLNESS (referred to as "the Practitioner"). By booking, scheduling, or engaging in any consultation services with the Practitioner, you (referred to as "the Client") acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms. The Practitioner offers remote consultations to Clients worldwide, excluding Canada and the United States, and these terms apply to all Clients seeking such services. It is the responsibility of the Client to read and understand these terms prior to booking.
2. Consultation and Booking
All consultations are conducted remotely via online communication platforms. The Client agrees to schedule consultations through the Practitioner’s official booking system. A booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. The duration and details of each consultation will be communicated at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation Policy

The Client is required to provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled consultation will incur the full consultation fee.

In the event of a late cancellation or failure to attend, the Client will be required to rebook and pay the full amount for a new consultation.

No refunds will be issued for missed or late-cancelled appointments unless exceptional circumstances are demonstrated and agreed to by the Practitioner.
4. Payment Terms

Payment for all consultations is required in full at the time of booking and must be made through the available payment methods as provided on the Practitioner’s website.

Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, and online payment platforms as specified.

The Practitioner reserves the right to cancel or postpone any consultations for which payment has not been received.
5. Rescheduling
The Client may reschedule an appointment provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Rescheduling can be done via the Practitioner’s online booking system. Appointments rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be considered a late cancellation and subject to the cancellation policy outlined in Section 3.
6. Medical Disclaimer

The Practitioner provides nutritional advice and guidance based on their training and expertise in nutritional therapy. However, the Client acknowledges that the Practitioner is not a medical doctor and cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Nutritional therapy services are complementary to, but not a replacement for, professional medical advice. The Client should consult with their physician or healthcare provider before making any significant changes to their diet, lifestyle, or medical treatment plan.

The Client accepts full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken as a result of the nutritional advice provided during consultations.
7. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide full, accurate, and truthful information regarding their health, lifestyle, and medical history during consultations.

The Practitioner will not be held liable for any outcomes that may result from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the Client.

The Client acknowledges that the Practitioner cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as the success of nutritional therapy depends on the Client’s adherence to recommendations, individual circumstances, and various other factors.
8. Confidentiality
The Practitioner is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all personal and health-related information disclosed by the Client during consultations. Such information will not be shared with third parties without the Client’s explicit consent, except where required by law or in the event of a medical emergency.
9. Limitation of Liability

The Practitioner shall not be held liable for any adverse effects, injury, loss, or damage resulting from the Client’s use of or reliance upon the information, advice, or recommendations provided during consultations.

The Practitioner’s liability for any claim, including but not limited to negligence, shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific consultation in question.
10. Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain, within the European Union, and any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, within the European Union.
