As a nutritional therapist, my mission is to uncover the root cause of your body's dysfunction through various modalities and by assessing different aspects of your lifestyle. My journey into the world of nutrition began in 2016 when I read 'Eat Fat, Get Thin' by Dr. Hyman. Despite visiting various specialty doctors for unexplained symptoms, I couldn't find answers. This sparked my passion for understanding the role of nutrition in our biochemistry. However, despite exploring different diets and detox programs, I found myself only temporarily alleviating symptoms, with new ones emerging over time.

It wasn't until I experienced the loss of a pregnancy that I was compelled to seek answers for myself. In 2020, I embarked on my studies at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, graduating in 2023 as a nutritional therapist. Through my personal struggles with conception and health challenges, I gained insight into viewing the body as a holistic organism. I learned that dysfunction in one system can lead to imbalance in others, emphasizing the importance of addressing the root cause for true health.

My personal journey led me to delve deeper into topics such as gut health, detoxification processes, hormonal balance, and the power of positive mindset. I attended a transformative event with Dr. Joe Dispenza, which underscored the direct effect of mindset on our biology. To expand my knowledge, I enrolled in the Institute of Functional Medicine to learn from renowned authors and specialists in the field and become a certified functional medicine practitioner.
